Proactive Additional Recipe

This consult is for you if:

· You had a Proactive Adult Dog Consultation within the last year and -

· Your dog’s caloric needs have increased or decreased,

· Your food sources have changed,

· You simply want an additional recipe for your healthy dog.

After discussing nutrition goals with the client via email, a balanced diet plan is sent. This consult includes two follow up emails.

*Our current waiting list is 2 weeks.

A $25 fee is applicable if a client cancels the order prior to the diet formulation being done. Cancellation of consultations less than 48 hours after the start of formulating a diet has been done incurs a charge of $40. Cancellations after that time frame are not refundable.
