Description
What's the difference between our Core Diet plans and other online recipes?
We don't simply number crunch recipes and put out tons of them for sale. Each of our plans took many hours of formulation and discussion, taking into account the majority of dogs that would be trying these diet plans.
Consideration to the reality of dogs and what it's like to transition from commercial foods to fresh foods is incredibly important. We have the experience to know what often works most favorably for the vast majority of dogs.
Although we strive for all nutrients to come from foods, we recognize that sometimes supplements are a better choice for bioavailability and absorption and for good quality stools and digestion!
Example - we do not use seeds to provide vitamins, minerals or fatty acids. They are not the best source for dogs.

I have a 20 month old, 72-pound German Shepherd Dog. We compete in dog sports. I have had him on Frozen human-grade food and he does well, but wanted to try some of these recipes. I did have to puzzle out the metric measurements (We in the USA are rather spoiled, I'm afraid). But it was easy to prepare. The first time I put it in his bowl, he sniffed and then inhaled it. Every meal is the same, so have had to order a slow feeding bowl. He loves it! I look forward to other recipes. These make me feel like I'm doing the very best for my beloved shepherd
