• Description

  D-mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar that has a structure similar to that of glucose. Only a small amount of D-mannose can be metabolized; any excess is excreted from the body via urine. Escherichia coli, the most common UTI-causing bacteria, produces chemicals that enable the organism to cling to epithelial cells where they proliferate and cause infection. When taken in large quantities, excess D-mannose that spills into the urine adheres to any E. coli that is present in the urinary tract, dislodging the bacteria from the cells that line the urinary tract walls and excreting them with normal urination. Each capsule contains 300 mg of D-Mannose (from Beech wood [Fagus grandifolia] and Birch wood [Betula pendula]) and 200 mg Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon) dried fruit juice. This product contains no artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours, corn, dairy, egg, gluten, shellfish, soy, sulfites or animal derivatives.   My 32 pound dog used to get a UTI at least two times a year. Monica suggested 1/4 capsule of this product daily for her. We haven't had a UTI in more than two years. I just read a post on FB about this product and I wanted to share the good news. Diane and Georgie (my Doggo) NY

  I tried a lot of products that contain D Mannose and cranberry and none come even close to this one. I use 1 cap for my dog every day. Just mixed in food and she eats it no problem. No UTI ever since using this. Thank you.

  Changed my dog's life by Lisa Kelly (Elkins Park PA US)

  I wrote to Monica Segal on a recommendation from my vet here in the US. I told Monica about the ongoing UTI infections my young pup was having. She recommended DMannose with Cranberry and helped guide me through an introduction plan into her daily diet . First starting with a half capsule then slowly working up to a capsule a day. I open the capsule and pour the pink powder over my dogs food - she liked it from day one - never stuck her nose up at it. I'm knocking on wood, but I'm telling you that ever since we introduced this to her diet about a year ago she has been UTI infection free. We try and keep her 'area' clean and the vet also recommends organic unscented baby wipes once a day to also keep the 'area' clean. Between this routine and the Cranberry with DMannose it's been a god send - we avoided surgery and hope to stay on this positive course for many more years. Thanks Monica !!
